Since 2018, PMI has managed over 40 million dollars in construction projects. That total is expected to rise to over 120 million dollars by the end of 2026. These projects span multiple buildings and property types and include both planned upgrades and urgent replacements.
We’ve handled everything from asphalt resurfacing and roof replacements to cooling tower installations and water source heat pump upgrades as well as elevator modernizations. We’ve also overseen replacement of carpet, entrance monuments, windows, fire alarm systems, card access systems, and security camera networks. In addition, we are handling a full rehabilitation of several large residential property that involves roof, windows, full unit renovations, pool upgrades, essentially every item and every structure on the properties. Each project requires careful planning and execution with a focus on both quality and cost. We work with each client to ensure replacements and upgrades meet their needs and requirements.
