I live at Susquehanna View Apartments. I’ve been here about 13 years. The staff here are very nice. If I have a problem or concern, they invite me in the office and listen to me and take care of everything. When we have a holiday coming up, they go out of their way to do a program for the residents. I have spoken to a lot of residents that are very happy here. The other day when it snowed, Kim went out of her way to shovel the sidewalks so people could get on the bus without hurting themselves. We have worked with PMI for many years as the auditor for many of their HOA clients. PMI’s accounting department consistently provides quality work to their clients that stands out among management companies. We have worked with several different management companies but are very hesitant to take on clients that do not contract with PMI to do their accounting. While the other management companies might be good at managing properties, they don’t put the necessary expertise and detailed work into their accounting like PMI does.

I have been living at Timber Ridge Townhouses at Waverly for about 15 years. The PMI staff is great and the maintenance department is the best. The other day my neighbor had a problem with his A/C and called maintenance. When they came they noticed that my A/C was frozen and needed Freon. They fixed it and it works better than ever. They saw the problem before I did and fixed it.


Maintenance is very responsive. The team is awesome – so skilled and knowledgeable at their jobs – as well as being polite, respectful, friendly AND punctual. If they say they will be here, they are.
